Return and Cancellation

All product prices and shipping charges listed on our website do not include import duties. The recipient is responsible for paying the import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that are imposed by that country. Please make sure these charges are paid to avoid delays. If the duties are not cleared, your order may be held at customs or returned to our warehouse. In such cases, shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted.

Inform - Please email the product name along with clear images to marketing@biodzine.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. After reviewing the details, we will confirm and approve your return request and guide you on the next steps.

Return -Once your return request is approved, ship the product(s) back to us within 5 days of approval. Items must be sent in their original, unused condition with all original packaging securely placed inside the box. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Products that are damaged or returned without original packaging will not be eligible for a refund coupon. We recommend using a reliable courier service and sharing the tracking details after dispatch.

Refund -After we receive your return package, we will notify you within 24–48 hours. Following a quality check, the applicable refund will be processed.
