Damaged Products - Our team conducts thorough quality checks before dispatching products to our customers. However, any damage that occurs during transit after the product has been shipped is beyond our control. If you receive a damaged product, we will replace it with another item of the same or a similar kind, subject to stock availability. Please notify us of the damage by emailing customercare@biodzine.com along with clear photographs within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will guide you through the next steps. Claims reported after 48 hours from the time of delivery will not be considered.
